2009 has started out with a bang! First of all, I was invited to the 2009 Arnold Classic to compete in Ms. Fitness International. What an honor to be picked for such a great show. I was greatly surprised and honored to be chosen this year, since I was out all year recovering from back surgery in 2008.
After lots of hard work and dieting…..I was ready for the show!!!!
I AM SO EXCITED TO SAY……5TH PLACE AT THE MS. FITNESS INTERNATIONAL 2009.
Wow, I am so excited and honored to be part of the top 6 who qualified for the 2009
OLYMPIA in Las Vegas, NV September 25.
I could not have done this without the support my family and friends. Believe it or not, but my husband Matt, cooks all of my meals…Thanks Hon!!! My family and friends have been putting up with me for weeks…..(Thanks!!). I also have to thank my choreographer; Nicole Duncan….she is an awesome performer and a great friend. A special thanks goes out to my gymnastics coach, John Thorpe at Youth Sports Gymnastics. He has pushed me beyond my limits, which has made me more conditioned for my routines. Last, but not least, I would like to thank my trainer, Mike Davies. He rocks!!!
Lastly, please don’t forget to check out my new clothing line “Fit Like Me?”. They are on sale now! It has my personal logo on the tanks and even includes bandanas….(of course!!!) “Fit Like Me?” is something I came up with so YOU can finish the sentence……_________ fit like me? My fav is “Don’t you wish your girlfriend was FIT LIKE ME?” So its up to you…..ENJOY!!!! |
